Job Summary
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling hiccups before they turn into headaches. Lead a team of staff across the bistro, bar, and gaming room, maintaining elite standards and delivering service during high-volume shifts. Get to know the locals and bring the energy every single shift. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting stock, kegs, and deliveries. You must hold a current RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers Licence. Grow your career within ALH Hotels and the wider Endeavour Group network.
Required Qualifications
- current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
- Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
