Job Summary
Direct and supervise shift activities to maximize sales, minimize costs, and ensure guest satisfaction. Plan daily operational routines, complete administrative duties, and delegate tasks to team members while setting high performance goals. Resolve guest complaints and problems efficiently, manage opening and closing duties, and adhere to all POS and cash handling procedures. Maintain honest communication up, down, and across the organization. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for long periods. Cross-train on various restaurant positions. Support General Manager directives to deliver service beyond guest expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours necessary to operate the unit effectively
- Ability to work the days and hours designated (scheduled) by General Manager and/or District Manager
- Ability to maintain good attendance throughout the year
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. comfortably
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and stoop
- Comfortable working occasionally in walk-in coolers and freezers
- Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, peripheral as well as the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to operate a computer and/or Cash register
- Ability to work around heat and work in close quarters with others as well as handle various cleaning products
- Willing to cross-train on various positions within the restaurant
- Full-time with flexible scheduling, weekends and holidays as needed
