Job Summary
Execute end-to-end air shipments by receiving bookings, coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents, and inputting data to create files and manage Mawb/Hawbs. Process timely invoicing for clients and subcontractors, address customer claims and feedback, and arrange necessary shipment modifications. Ensure all activities comply with international shipping regulations and company SOPs while maintaining system accuracy and supporting data integrity. Collaborate with account managers and customs teams to drive process enhancements and maintain high operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in air operation or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics
- IATA Certification
- Good communication of written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn global supply chain operations
- Customer-focused mindset: respond promptly and professionally to customer needs, answering calls and dealing with customer queries, providing first-class customer service at all times
