Job Summary
Assist with the sales of agronomy products and services, maintain inventory, and coordinate with accounting regarding payments, credit policies, and agreements. Execute processes and operate machinery including Payloaders, Skidloaders, Tractors, and Forklifts. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and complete repairs. Coach and motivate team members to meet performance standards through feedback, goal setting, and consistent application of policies. Provide leadership in managing team performance by setting measurable goals and tracking metrics. Adhere to all safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements, while promoting a safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (A. A.) and 1-5 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- English Proficiency
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator.
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.
