Job Summary
Assistant Manager in Agency Management, Recoveries South responsible for managing all collections processes for the allocated portfolio, including allocation to vendors/NFTEs, monitoring performance against targets, and driving recovery (DRR) outcomes. Role involves formulating short-term incentive plans for NFTEs, overseeing field visits, ensuring proper documentation in Collect24, raising flags for portfolio health or fraud, ensuring compliance with SVCL and data security policies, coordinating onboarding/offboarding of vendors, ensuring timely vendor invoices, and maintaining high standards of customer issue resolution and process hygiene. Strong credit card knowledge and understanding of collection processes, along with stakeholder management, problem solving, and process orientation, are essential.
