Job Summary
Implement learning and development initiatives to address short-term to long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism. Monitor business performance, provide timely reports to associates, and collect feedback to measure learning effectiveness. Deliver programs via classroom, virtual, and recorded formats tailored to different audiences. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the PRUVenture associate workforce. Support agency and company events from planning to execution while handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience in insurance / banking / other wealth management industry
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
- Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable
- Preferably with work background in life insurance industry
