Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager responsible for guiding the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Key duties include hiring, training, coaching the team; leveraging AES Systems to run daily operations; implementing cash and inventory controls; and setting and achieving service, operational, and financial goals in collaboration with the General Manager. Requires leadership, coaching, customer service excellence, P&L awareness, operational planning, risk and compliance adherence, and a hands-on approach to managing food cost and labor cost in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or capability of obtaining certification
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, reaching
