Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager role responsible for guiding the team to deliver a positive guest experience, maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness, hiring and coaching staff, and using AES systems to drive restaurant performance. Key duties include ensuring outstanding service, managing cash and inventory controls, achieving service/operations/financial goals with the General Manager, overseeing P&L and cost controls, coaching staff, and upholding government regulations and company policies. Requirements include reliable transportation, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, physical ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to perform various physical motions. The role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
