Job Summary
Assistant Manager at AES Restaurants (Arby’s franchise) based in Port Washington, WI, responsible for guiding the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, hiring/training/coaching staff, leveraging AES Systems for daily operations, implementing controls for cash and inventory, and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve goals in operations and financial performance. Requires leadership, coaching, integrity, P&L awareness, restaurant management skills, and adherence to food safety and regulatory policies; ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling
