Job Summary
As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to guide a team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and operating a high-performing restaurant. You’ll hire, train, and coach staff; use AES Systems to run store operations; implement controls for cash and inventory; and set targets for service, operations, and financial results. Core focus areas include leadership, guest satisfaction, P&L management, food and labor cost control, safety/compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting. Required: ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain), reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and physical ability to perform standard maintenance motions. Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
