Job Summary
Guide the team to create a positive guest experience by ensuring outstanding service and satisfied guests. Hire, train, and coach staff while utilizing AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift. Implement restaurant controls for cash and inventory, then set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results. Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve high performance in P&L, guest satisfaction, speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety. Follow all government regulations, employment laws, food safety policies, and accounting controls. Requires ServSafe certification, a valid driver's license, and ability to stand 8-10 hours in varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
