Job Summary
Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Hire, train, and coach the team, utilizing AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift. Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory, and set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results. Work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in P&L, guest satisfaction, and speed of service. Follow all government regulations, employment law, and food safety policies. Assist in guiding the team to create a positive guest experience across 344 locations in 20 states.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
