Job Summary
Organize, price, and display donated products while managing the daily retail operations of the Super Thrift store. Lead and supervise staff, volunteers, and ATC students in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Assist with receiving donations, structuring the sales floor, and ensuring compliance with city, provincial, and federal accreditation requirements. Support the Health & Safety Committee, manage social media, and mentor participants in recovery to foster their personal growth. Maintain excellent working relationships across all departments while adhering to strict safety protocols and budget constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in thrift store management or other relevant retail experience
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Ability to lift 20lbs
- Flexible with scheduling
