Job Summary

Assistant Finance Manager responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, GST and TDS compliance, provisioning and controls, and payments/treasury. Drive finance automation and process improvements, including Excel automation, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and Power BI dashboards to improve turnaround time and reduce manual effort. Manage month-end/year-end closures, vendor payments, reimbursements, and cash flow coordination with banks and internal stakeholders; support internal and statutory audits and SOP implementation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • M.Com
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
  • GST
  • TDS
  • Financial reporting
  • Provisions & reconciliations
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookup, MIS reporting, automation)
  • ERP systems (SAP B1)
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
  • Automation and process transformation exposure
