Assistant Manager

Assist in supervising and directing daily operations of an Abby's Restaurant to assure quality food, sanitation, beverage preparation, and customer service. Learn and demonstrate technical and managerial skills to manage the location profitably, including supervision of personnel and completion of administrative duties. Communicate and reinforce quality standards with staff across all operational areas while assisting in the maintenance of proper food and beverage production procedures. Coordinate and guide subordinate activities to maximize productivity and ensure efficient customer flow, while stimulating positive employee morale and minimizing turnover. Successful completion of a Background Check and Drug Screen is required.
