Assistant Manager

Support the Manager in achieving restaurant objectives across guest service, operating standards, marketing, and financial results by developing an outstanding staff team and employing process skills to exceed guest expectations. Manage the restaurant during your shift while maintaining key relationships with the management team, Business Manager, guests, suppliers, and representatives from the Health & Safety Board, Fire Department, and Labour Board. Read financial statements to the Operating Margin line and assist in selecting, training, and developing people. Work in a fast-paced, diverse environment handling hot products, cleaning materials, and sharp objects, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain mental alertness for safety, personal hygiene, and appropriate uniform standards. Hold a valid driver's license. Eligible to work in Canada.
