Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager to lead a high-volume freestanding restaurant, driving guest satisfaction by maintaining operating standards, achieving financial results, and developing an outstanding team. Responsibilities include people leadership and development, recruitment and training, managing HR processes, ensuring safe and compliant operations, reading and utilizing financial statements, maintaining brand compliance, executing promotions, and collaborating with the Franchisee/Owner and Supervisors. The role emphasizes building a positive work climate, delegating tasks, coaching performance, managing cash handling procedures, and upholding health and safety and regulatory requirements. Location: Belleville, Ontario, Canada (A&W franchisee delivery in local restaurant).
