Manage overall store operations by partnering with the General Manager on accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service. Direct the store team in daily duties, oversee merchandising and inventory levels, and ensure adequate staffing and labor budget adherence. Provide hands-on customer service, assist in training staff, and address store issues for effective long-term resolution. Take responsibility for store operations during the General Manager's absence and maintain safety, robbery prevention, and food service guidelines. Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays in cold environments while learning P&L statements.
