Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino’s Wynne, AR responsible for assisting with all store operations during shifts, including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Assist General Manager with staffing and scheduling, administrative duties, maintenance scheduling, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store performance. Duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, processing telephone orders, inventory paperwork, and may assist on the makeline or with deliveries as needed. Requires 18+, background check, valid driver’s license, strong navigation and map-reading skills, ability to follow directives, teamwork and independent work, customer service excellence, data analysis and decision-making, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must be able to navigate multi-story buildings to deliver products
- Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and effectively communicate with co-workers
- Ability to manage store operations, staffing and scheduling, and administrative duties
- Ability to operate equipment safely and maintain inventory and cash controls
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to assist with makeline or deliveries as needed
