Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control while setting a standard for crew adherence to policies. Lead staffing, handle food management, and ensure store cleanliness and profitability across all areas. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, stock ingredients, and complete daily paperwork. Open and close the store, satisfy customers, and analyze data in a fast-paced environment requiring strong leadership and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
- Must be willing and able to open and close the store
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
