Job Summary
As Assistant Manager for Domino’s in Blackfoot, ID, you’ll lead store operations with a focus on guest experience and team performance. Responsibilities include Dough/Cost control, Topping Management and inventory upkeep, Crust-omer Service (customer service excellence), Team Supreme leadership and mentoring, Pepperoni-to-Paperwork coordination, Marketing Maestro to promote deals, and maintaining a spotless store. You’ll also oversee equipment operation, stock flow from delivery to storage, manage phone orders, and ensure timely order processing, inventory accuracy, and overall store efficiency. The role emphasizes multitasking across phones, ovens, and paperwork, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and be available for varying shifts across seven days a week. This is a full-time position with in-person requirements at the Blackfoot location.
