Job Summary
Manage the store's General Manager by running and implementing operating standards while ensuring facility and equipment cleanliness. Prepare pizzas, package food products, and rotate commissary deliveries to designated places. Handle nightly inventory counts, analyze labor and sales data, and drop off deposits. Supervise employees, interview and onboard new team members, and maintain positive crew morale. Work outdoors in various temperatures and handle dangerous equipment or sharp tools. Starting wage is $15.80 to $19.00 hourly with bonus earning potential. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have two years of customer service or restaurant experience, and be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Have strong communication and problem solving skills
- Be customer service oriented
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed and work the above listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed
