Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash controls while enforcing strict policy adherence and staffing standards. Manage customer relations, ensure store cleanliness and image, and lead the team through open and close duties. Process telephone and in-person orders, prepare products, and maintain profitability across the location. Requires flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to work a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
- Must be willing and able to open and close the store
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
