Job Summary
Oversee all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control while setting an example for the crew. Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness to ensure perfect image and profitability. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage. Open and close the store, analyze data, and solve problems under pressure to satisfy customers. Lead a team in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to multitask while adhering to all policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
- Must be willing and able to open and close the store
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
