Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at a Domino’s store in Ripley, TN, you will assist with all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. You’ll support the General Manager with staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store performance. Primary duties include safely operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products to Domino’s standards, handling telephone orders, taking inventory and completing paperwork, and assisting with makeline/delivery tasks as needed. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, adherence to policies, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must be able to deliver products including navigating multi-story buildings
- Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions
- Must possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication with customers and co-workers
