Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policies while ensuring crew adherence to standards. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and marketing to drive store profitability. Maintain perfect image, store cleanliness, and punctuality while navigating adverse weather and terrain during deliveries. Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and process telephone orders. Clean facilities daily and manage bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds. Requires valid driver's license, accurate math skills, and ability to work under stress.

- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
