Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting restaurant operations, ensuring full compliance with company and government regulations, and achieving customer satisfaction. Key tasks include assisting in people development through recruitment and training, managing financial controls such as cash management and audits, and leading efforts to meet guest service standards. The Assistant Manager will work with the restaurant team to build a positive environment, ensure operational excellence, and implement marketing programs. A high school diploma or equivalent, restaurant management experience, and food safety certification are required.
Required Qualifications

- One year Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
