Job Summary
Assists in daily oversight, coordination and execution of store objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Manages operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensures friendly customer service, supervises food preparation to brand standards, assists with opening/closing, coordinates deliveries, guides labor scheduling to meet activity while controlling costs, and supports training and development of employees. Maintains cash handling accuracy, contributes to achieving labor and food-cost targets, and keeps the team informed and engaged. Demonstrates strong communication, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced Domino’s store environment, while upholding company policies and store procedures.
