Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations at a Domino’s Pizza franchise, assisting the General Manager with sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Supervise food preparation to brand standards, ensure accurate portioning and service, and support opening/closing tasks. Actively lead and train team members, manage labor scheduling, monitor labor and food costs, process orders, and handle cash reconciliation. Maintain HR-related policies, promote company objectives, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in ongoing staff development and workshops. Provide suggestions to management, ensure a clean, organized work area, and uphold confidentiality in accordance with guidelines.
