Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will assist in managing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company guest service standards and compliance with safety and security policies. Responsibilities include recruiting and training restaurant staff, conducting performance reviews, managing financial controllables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and regulations. This role also involves implementing marketing programs and developing positive relationships with the restaurant team and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field helpful
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR) for positions requiring significant business driving
