Job Summary
Assistant Manager at a Domino’s franchise oversees store operations in the absence of the General Manager, supervises team members, ensures adherence to brand standards for food preparation and service, manages opening/closing tasks, coordinates deliveries, supports sales and service objectives, monitors labor costs and staffing, enforces cash handling procedures, provides training and input to management, and maintains a professional, productive work environment while upholding confidentiality and company policies.
