Job Summary
Oversees daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager; ensures customers feel welcome and that team members are responsive, courteous, and service-oriented. Supervises food and product preparation to meet brand standards, assists with opening/closing and preparation lists, and coordinates deliveries. Actively manages labor and costs, participates in scheduling, trains employees, and maintains cleanliness and sanitation. Supports sales, service, quality, and facility appearance objectives, handles cash and reconciliations, and provides guidance to General and Regional Managers. Maintains professional knowledge through workshops and industry publications, and upholds confidentiality per EEO guidelines.
Required Qualifications
