Job Summary
Assists in daily oversight, coordination and execution of store objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation; supervises activities to ensure brand standards and procedures are followed; participates in opening/closing tasks, schedules labor, trains employees, and supports management in achieving labor and cost objectives; maintains a positive, productive work environment and provides guidance to team members while upholding company policies and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Ability to pass background checks
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
