Job Summary
Assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of store objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Oversee store operations in GM’s absence; ensure welcoming service; supervise food preparation per brand standards; assist with opening/closing; lead hands-on in food preparation, service, and delivery coordination; train employees and uphold HR policies; manage labor scheduling and labor costs; conduct cash handling and reconciliation; maintain adherence to policies, cross-train staff, and support store and regional management with performance feedback and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (not specified)
- Minimum prior experience in retail or food service management preferred
- Ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
