Job Summary
Oversees daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager; ensures customers feel welcome and employees are courteous, responsive, and service-oriented; supervises that food and products are prepared and served per brand standards; assists with opening/closing and preparation tasks; actively manages staff by hands-on food prep, customer service, and delivery coordination; supports sales, service, quality, and cleanliness objectives through staff training and positive leadership; controls cash handling and reconciliation; ensures accurate product receiving and timely deliveries; assists in labor scheduling to meet activity while achieving labor cost objectives; maintains knowledge of HR policies and provides guidance to management; keeps professional knowledge up-to-date through workshops and publications; performs other duties as assigned.
