Job Summary
Assist in daily oversight and coordination of store operations at a Domino’s franchise location. Oversee sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, sanitation, and store appearance in the absence of the General Manager. Lead and train team members, supervise food preparation and service to brand standards, manage labor scheduling and costs, handle cash procedures, support product management and deliveries, and provide recommendations to management. Maintain effective communication with co-workers, ensure a positive team environment, and uphold HR policies and confidentiality as required.
