Job Summary
Assist in daily oversight, coordination, and execution of store objectives in sales, costs, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Oversee and manage store in the absence of the General Manager; ensure customer service excellence, maintain brand standards in food preparation and service, assist with opening/closing tasks, supervise and support team members, manage labor scheduling and staffing to meet business needs, monitor labor and food costs, and participate in training and development initiatives. Maintain confidential information according to EEO guidelines and support management in achieving company objectives and policies.
Required Qualifications

- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team on duty
- Ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders
