Job Summary
Assists in the daily oversight, coordination and execution of stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Supervises and assists in opening/closing activities, ensures adherence to policies and brand standards, manages labor and food costs, handles cash procedures, trains staff, coordinates deliveries, and supports General/Regional Managers with daily operations and performance improvement. Maintains professional communication, fosters a positive work environment, and ensures customer service, product quality, and sanitation standards are upheld in the Domino’s franchise store.
