Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting overall restaurant operations including ensuring compliance with company guest service standards, training and developing the restaurant team, and achieving financial goals. Key duties include developing and implementing employee training programs, conducting performance reviews, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing financial controllables, and maintaining operational standards in compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR), along with food safety certifications.
Required Qualifications

- One year Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
