Job Summary
Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack's standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensure adequate coverage during peak times. Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly. Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage. Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment. Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly. This senior leadership role offers competitive pay of $20-22 per hour plus tips, with growth potential in a fast-paced, energetic culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled
- Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
- Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description
- 2–3 years of restaurant experience required
- 3-5 years of restaurant leadership required
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Experience in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen/operations) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor compliance
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a restaurant environment
