Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by ensuring the location remains clean, stocked, and compliant with brand standards for fuel stations. Monitor cash handling, inventory accuracy, and fuel drive-offs while enforcing safety policies and reporting hazards. Execute monthly promotions, maintain pricing accuracy, and perform cashier or food service duties as needed. Support recruiting efforts by assisting with interviews and training new hires, while coaching existing staff to meet goals and resolve customer concerns. Maintain accurate documentation for daily reporting, accidents, and competitor fuel pricing updates. Available for flexible schedules including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws preferred.
