Job Summary
Role focuses on managing the 2W vertical's driver/rider partners and consumers in markets outside Metro Manila, accountable for the financial and key operational metrics of the 2W mobility vertical. Responsibilities include achieving assigned financial targets for Transport and Deliveries operations in new markets, performing market and operational analyses to identify revenue optimization and cost-reduction opportunities, refining strategies to maximize ROI, partnering with on-ground teams to implement market-specific solutions based on rigorous market analysis, conducting market assessments to understand dynamics and growth opportunities, and driving strategic projects to support profitability and operational reliability. Required skills include a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years in project management/strategic consulting/eCommerce/early-stage ventures, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and Python, strong quantitative and data-synthesis abilities, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3-4 years of professional experience in project management, strategic consulting, eCommerce, and/or early-stage ventures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python
- Demonstrated analytical capability with strong quantitative reasoning
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Willingness to travel as required for business operations
