Job Summary
Assist in managing contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, maintain client relationship with Independent Contractors, review scope of work for quality assurance, and ensure adherence to client policies and company guidelines. Responsible for coordinating IC work assignments, inspections, and handling client issues; communicating with Facility Services Manager; executes City Wide policies and procedures; supports other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years prior management experience (coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations)
- MS Office and Internet skills required
