Job Summary
Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and supervise team members to ensure efficient workflow. Train new employees on standards and procedures, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily sales transactions. Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations. Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales. Must have a valid driver's license with one year of experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Must have a personally insured and well-maintained vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience and no more than two traffic violations within the past two years
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
