Job Summary
Assistant Manager overseeing theatre operations and staff, including supervising non-management employees, coaching and development, performing staff duties as needed, operating projection and AV systems, ensuring alcohol certifications where applicable, monitoring safety and risk management, managing cash handling and reconciliations, enforcing dress code and policies, coordinating training programs, scheduling and hiring with oversight from GM, overseeing cost control and inventory, and supporting marketing/promotions for feature engagements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof, or demonstrated leadership potential subject to VP approval
- Alcohol certification requirements where applicable and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy (if selling alcohol)
- Proven proficiency with projection and audio-visual equipment, ROM understanding, and basic computer skills
