Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to guest service standards, auditing, human resources, safety and security policies. Key responsibilities include developing and training the restaurant team, conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with financial goals, operational standards, and regulatory obligations, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires strong leadership, the ability to motivate a team, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities. Must possess a high school diploma and one year of restaurant management experience along with food safety certification as per local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
