Job Summary
Lead daily store operations by ensuring the facility remains clean, stocked, and compliant with brand standards for fuel stations and safety. Monitor cash handling, inventory accuracy, and fuel drive-offs while enforcing security policies and reporting hazards. Execute monthly promotions, assist with cashier and food service duties, and support recruiting, interviewing, and training efforts. Coach employees on performance goals, resolve customer concerns, and provide corrective action when necessary. Available for flexible schedules including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential
- Strong communication and multitasking skills required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- A desire to grow and succeed in a team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws preferred
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
