Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost controls, inventory and cash control, profitability, and customer relations. Set an example, enforce company policies, and work with the team to manage staffing, food management, store standards, and local store marketing. Must work well with other store management and have supervisory/management experience; food service management experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with day and evening shifts, plus on-the-job training and benefits.
