Oversee shift operations and lead store activities during assigned periods, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, profitability, and customer relations; set an example and enforce company policies. Additional duties may include staffing, food management, adherence to standards, providing strong customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, and local store marketing. Must work well with team members and other store management. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old and having supervisory or management experience; food service management experience is a plus.
