Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with company and government regulations. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing financials and operational standards, and implementing marketing programs. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Food safety certifications are required, along with reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications

- One year Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field helpful
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance for positions that require driving
- Area Coach and ASLs with positions requiring significant business driving must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR)
